(a) A separation zone is bounded by a line connecting the following geographical positions:

33°37.70′ N	118°17.60′ W.
33°36.50′ N	118°17.60′ W.
33°36.50′ N	118°23.10′ W.
33°43.20′ N	118°36.90′ W.
33°44.90′ N	118°35.70′ W.
33°37.70′ N	118°20.90′ W.

(b) A traffic lane for northbound coastwise traffic is established between the separation zone and a line connecting the following geographical positions:
